UKRAINIAN BORSCH WITH MEAT

Every housewife knows how to cook delicious borscht. But any housewife puts her own exclusive recipe into this concept. Real Ukrainian borscht is a harmonious combination of familiar and tasty ingredients: selected beef and fresh vegetables seasoned with a balanced dressing. Best with sour cream and garlic donuts.



Ingredients: water, beef, white cabbage, sweet potato, carrot, onion, bell pepper, borscht dressing, seasonings, oil, salt.

BROTH WITH CHICKEN MEAT

Hot chicken broth is a concentrate of useful substances and vitamins. They love and appreciate this dish not only for its taste, but also for its medicinal properties. Most often, a cup of hot broth was used to treat colds and general malaise caused by a long illness or major surgery. Almost all of us were fed homemade healing chicken broth by our loving grandmother in our childhood. And this trouble is completely justified.



Ingredients: water, chicken, carrot, onion, spices, bay leaf, pepper, salt.

MUSHROOM PURE SOUP

Such a dish as pureed soup comes from France, where it was believed that if you serve an ordinary liquid dish in the form of puree, its taste will turn out to be much more piquant. The combination of chicken meat, mushrooms, onions and delicate cream creates an ideal and balanced taste of mushroom soup. What could be nicer than a plate of hot and fragrant soup for lunch.



Ingredients: water, champignon mushrooms, chicken, onion, cream, flour, pepper, salt.

SOLYANKA MEAT

Solyanka is a thick and very nutritious soup, which can be the first and second in one plate due to the large number of ingredients. A lot of different meats in combination with vegetables and the addition of piquant sourness of pickled cucumber - all this will help to warm and satisfy the feeling of hunger on cold winter evenings.


Ingredients: water, pork, chicken fillet, salami, tomatoes, canned cucumbers, olives, onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, ketchup, oil, pepper, salt.
